北九州某所・立ち飲み居酒屋にて。
今週から3週間は後輩たちと同行営業をしています。
それは後輩たちがちゃんと営業をしているかチェックすること
！なんっって・・・チェックなんてとんでもない！
ウチの社員はみんな一生懸命に仕事しています
。ではなぜ同行しているのか？
それは、わが社がお付き合いをしているお客様（美容室）の顔をしっかりと把握したい！
まだこの取り組みをはじめて３日目ですが、今までお会いしたことのなかったお客様に触れ合い、ウチの会社がどういうお客様に支えられているかが多少でも見えてきて非常に感動しております。
賞味１ヶ月ほどは、このブログの更新もほぼ日記的な内容になると思います。
その中でも美容師の皆様に、ちょっとでも刺激や新しい視点を提供できればなぁ〜なんて考えています。
今後ともよろしくお願いしま〜っす！
